A consultant will visit your home with a tape measure, fabric samples, and a tablet with our CAD layout tool. We measure your span, projection, and mounting surface; discuss sun direction, wind exposure, and any HOA paperwork; and walk through frame colors, fabric options, and motor and accessory choices on the spot. The visit takes about an hour and there is no obligation.

Quotes include the structural attachment review, the recommended frame color, the recommended fabric SKU with backup choices, the motor and remote configuration, any accessories such as wind sensors or LED lighting, sales tax, and full installation labor. If we discover something during measurement that changes the scope — for example a band joist that needs reinforcement — we'll discuss it with you before sending a revised quote.
